She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Aulick of Butler, KY, Bonnie McCormick of Butler, KY, Johnny McCormick of Germantown and David McCormick of Butler, KY; her nieces, Rebecca Lee Oldham and Shoshanna Jane Aulick; her great-nieces, Kyilee Reynolds and Brooklynn Cope; and her great-nephew Sean Reynolds.
