He is survived by: his wife Pamela Scolf Estep; his children, Heather Proteau (Chris) of New Hampshire and Jason Estep of New Hampshire; his grandchildren, Alexandra Proteau, Andre Proteau, Ben Cook, Dominick Blevins, Kaylee Blevins, Nathanial Estep and Jon Estep; and his great grandchildren, Aubrey Cook and Luca Blevins.
