He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie R. Clos and Carrie Bell Clos; and his son Eric D. Clos. He is survived by: his wife Audrey Clos (Vicky); his children, Marc T. Clos (Tonya) of Brooksville, KY and Jami L. Black (Karl) of Maysville, KY; his grandchildren, Madisyn Clos, Bryceson Clos, Hunter Thomas, Orion Smith, Anthony Hensley, Maelyn Clos and Austin McDowell; and his siblings, Terry Clos, William "Bill" Clos, Joyce Carpenter and Dorothy Bauer.
