She was predeceased by: her parents, Wheeler Tackett and Fronie Lykins Tackett; her husband Thomas H. Fletcher; her siblings, Clifford Tackett, Inez Moore, Clova Stumbo, Kermit Tackett, Clenon Tackett, Shirley Tackett, Marvin Tackett, Margie Tackett and Alma Tackett; and her granddaughter Kayla Harless.
She is survived by: her children, Charlene Johnson (Tony) of Brooksville, KY, Sherrie Persinger of Mt. Olivet, KY., Sharon Doyle (Philip) of Mt. Olivet, KY., Joseph T. Fletcher of Mt. Olivet, KY. and Patrica Gay (Kelvin) of Mt. Olivet, KY.; and her grandchildren, Michael Appleman, II, Thomas Persinger, Philip Doyle, II, Amberlei Appleman, Wesley Gay, Stacey Gay Mastin of Justin Doyle, T. J and Zachary Fletcher. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
