She was predeceased by : her parents, Bert Hall and Delcenia Hall (Raleigh); her husband David Wachter; her sons, David Wachter and Daniel Wachter; her granddaughter McKayla Wachter; and her sisters, Carol Hall, Patricia "Patty" Meyer and Janet Kay Hall.

She is survived by : her children, Douglas Wachter of Brooksville, KY, Justin Wachter of Brooksville, KY, Richard Wachter of Irvine, KY and Kimberly Wachter of Maysville, KY; her grandchildren, Aron Wachter, Christian Wachter and Mickey May; and her brothers, Virgil Hall of Foster, KY. and Bert "Jay" Hall of Foster, KY..
