He is survived by : his children, Christopher Nickerson of Jonesborough, TN, David Nickerson of Brooksville, KY, Saundra Brock of Brooksville, KY, Travis Matthews of Germantown, KY and Hannah Youngman of Germantown, KY; his sister Joyce Dee Warren; and his caregiver Peggy High (Debbie Litzinger).
