He was predeceased by : his parents, John Rath and Bettie Nippett Rath; his wife Donna Rath; and his brother-in-law Paul Leroy Cannon. He is survived by : his children, Mark Rath (Amanda) and Robin Fultz (David); his siblings-in-law, Anna Faye Cannon and Donald Leroy McClanahan (Joyce); his nephew Michael McClanahan (Meghanne); his niece Linda McClanahan; his great-nieces, Emmaleigh and Kayleigh McClanahan; and his children, Penny Doyle, Don Edie, Chris Doyle and Tim Jarvis.
