He is survived by : his wife Brenda Perkins; his children, Russell Perkins (Laura) of Indianapolis and Jodi Bertram (Rob) of Falmouth; his sisters, Jackie Hamilton and Fern Stapleton; his grandchildren, Ethan, Abby Perkins, Emilie and Dirk Bertram (Lindsey); and his great grandchildren, Kasen, Korbin, Kolton, Karson and Kennasen Bertram.
