She is survived by: her children, David "Davo" Simons, Jr. of Germantown, KY, Dickie Simons (Tracy) of Germantown, KY and Denise Mains (Jerome) of Augusta, KY.; her grandchildren, Savanna Brumley (Kaine), Daniel Simons and Lindsey Mains; her great grandchildren, Braxten Teegarden, Mera Brumley and Lena Brumley; and her sister Debbie Noble (Tommie) of Independence, KY. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
