He is survived by: his son William "Billy" Joseph Fields of Maysville, KY; his siblings, Joyce Thompson (Jim Burkhart) of Falmouth, KY and Rick Fields (Sharon) of Maysville, KY; and his nieces, Jan DeFalco, April DeFalco of Falmouth, KY, Jessica DeFalco of Lexington, KY, Tina Hostetler of Lexington, KY, Tina Wallace of Florence, KY, Sarah Fields of Maysville, KY and Kristen Fields of Maysville, KY.
