He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Dale Rees (Sonja) of Brooksville, KY and Lisa Faye Rees of Waynesville, OH; his grandchildren, Justin Rees (Brittany), Whitney Hargett (Trevor) and Lauren Blevins (Tommy); his great grandchildren, Jaxon Rees, Kaden Rees, Rees Hargett, Layton Hargett, Ashby Rees, Claire Blevins and Myles Blevins; and his great great grandchild Brynlynn Rees.

Memorials may be made to Bethany Church of Christ, Bracken Memorial Cemetery, or Hospice of Ohio.
