He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Clark and Ann Cummins (Free); his son Jeffrey Cummins; and his brother-in-law John Hendy. He is survived by: his sons, John Allen Cummins (Angela) of Charlotte, NC and Randy Lee Cummins (Mary Beth) of Strongsville, OH; his grandchildren, Justin Cummins (Amber), Jordan Cummins (Brittany), Joshua Cummins, Carly Penninger (TJ), Heath Gentle (Makenzy), Gracie Cummins (Justin), Jeffery Cummins and Lucy-Ann Cummins; his great grandchildren, Leroy Cummins, Lillie, Ruby Cummins and Georgia Gentle; and his sisters, Judy Reina (Ross), Faye Hendy and Mary Lou Norton.
