He is survived by: his wife Donna Kalb Clos; his children, Tara Clos of Independence, KY, Ashley Clos of Germantown, KY and Michael Clos (Ashley) of Fort Thomas, KY; his grandson Colin Clos of Fort Thomas, KY; and his siblings, Joyce Carpenter of Flemingsburg, KY, Dorothy Bauer of Brooksville, KY and Terry Clos of Foster, KY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Moore & Parker Funeral Home-Brooksville (41 Hackett Ridge Rd, Brooksville, KY 41004). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
