He is survived by: his parents, Charles Smith of Leitchfield and Judie Swift Farris (Walter) of Caneyville; and his siblings, Christie Douglas (Jimmy) of Morgantown and Charlie Smith of Louisville. He is also survived by loving extended family, including several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and a multitude of friends.
