He is survived by : his significant other April Sams Isaacs (Munfordville); his children, Shauna Johnston (Horse Cave), Autumn Johnston (Horse Cave), Mackenzie Johnston (Smiths Grove), Taylor Isaacs (Munfordville), Krislyn Isaacs (Munfordville), Christopher Johnston (Brownsville), Shaun Johnston (Brownsville) and Ian Johnston (Brownsville); his grandchildren, Kylie, Alayah, Gabrielle, Cooper, Paisley and Everleigh; and his brothers, Terence Mohr and Jason Collett.
