He is survived by : his wife Carla Smith; his former life partner Leeoma Smith; his children, Michael Smith, Donnie Paul Smith and Melissa Smith Clem (Shane); his stepdaughters, Amy and Tia; his siblings, Robert Smith, Billy Ray Smith and Gayle Deaton; and his grandchildren, Daniel Campbell, Arabella Cornett, Draven Clem, Eliana Loza Martin and Ezra Loza Martin.
