She was predeceased by: her parents, Kelly Combs and Edna Combs; her husband Buford Sandlin; her sons, Philip and Chris Sandlin; and her grandsons, Jamie Banks, Phillip Wayne Sandlin and Buford Dean Sandlin.
She is survived by: her daughter Lana Dotson (Geoge) of Belfry, KY; her granddaughter Makayla Sandlin (Owen) of Hazard, KY; her sisters, Betty McIntosh (Ronnie) of Buckhorn, KY. and Vera Amis (Curtis) of Buckhorn, KY.; and her grandchildren, Joey, Ronnie Banks, Kenny and Christopher Sandlin. She is also survived by several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren along with many other loving family members, and friends.
