He is survived by: his children, William and Stephanie Jo Mattingly of Corydon, Indiana; his grandchildren, Elijah Mattingly, Emma Jo LeSaux and Jonathon LeSaux; his brother Michael LeSaux (Catherin) of Madison, Indiana; his stepbrother Dannie Clarke (Patricia) of Australia; and his caregiver Charlotte White (Jay) of Buffalo.
