She was predeceased by: her parents, Tira Fugate and Dorothy Lee Gray; her children, Elizabeth Ann Pigman and Willilam "Bily" Taulbee II; and her siblings, Mike Fugate and Missy Fugate.
She is survived by: her daughter Carol Napier (Randy); her son-in-law Robert Pigman; her grandchildren, Randi-Carol Napier, Michael Seth Napier (Beverly), Katelyn Pigman and Hunter Pigman; and her great grandchildren, Waylon, Olivy and Emma. She is also survived by A Host of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the View Chapel. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
