James David left this world on July 7, 2025 at the age of 73, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Verdie Francis and Hester Godsey Francis; and his sisters, Verdia Mae Farler and Louise Chaney. He is survived by: his wife Frances Anne Watts Francis; his son Ryan Francis (Ashley) of Hazard; and his siblings, Faye Patrick of Dwarf, Betty Kelly (Gene) of Florida, Louvonne Halter of Ohio and Arlis Francis (Carol) of Leslie County, KY.
A reception was held on Thursday, July 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the View Chapel.
