He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Theodore and Ester Mae Jackson Grey; his brother Donald Robert Grey; and his son Howard Raymond Grey, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Price Grey of Burkesville; his stepson Robert Budner of Pennsylvania One; and his sister Linda Montross of Rio Rancho. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
