He was predeceased by: his parents, James William and Paula Hosley Helm; his granddaughter Kanna Smith; and his significant other Anna Sue Scott. He is survived by: his sons, Anthony Scott (Rachel) of Russell Springs, KY and Chris Scott; his brother Larry Helm; his grandchildren, Courtney Thacker Trey Scott, Darius Scott, Khloé Scott and Myleigha Scott; and his nephew Jonathon Scott (Hannah). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
