He is survived by: his children, James Timothy Cook (Ada) of Bowling Green, KY and Chanda Leigh Scott (Allen) of Burkesville, KY.; his grandchildren, Fernando, Marvin (Jocelyn), Berni, Amy (Bradley) and Alanna (Connor); his great grandchildren, Evelyn, Joseph, Esther, Liam, Adian, Judith, Alejandra, Kaleb, Brenna, Jenna and Kaylor; and his siblings, Wesley Cook and Emelene Roach of Celina, TN.
