She is survived by: her sons, John "Jack" Howard Bishop (Diane) of Lakewood, CO and Richard "Ric" Lewis Bishop (Paige) of Burlington, KY; and her grandchildren, Payton, Shane, Blake, Josh, Elizabeth and Ryan.
