She is survived by: her children, Shawn Ward (Missy) of Union, KY and Tonya Brock (Perry) of Ghent, KY; her grandchildren, Cody Thierauf, Haleigh Hans (Ravi) and Taryn Berry (Thomas); and her great grandchildren, T. J. Berry, Mia Hans and Elliot Paige Berry.
