She was predeceased by: her parents, William and Allena; her husband Tony W. Frederick; her son Tony Frederick Jr.; her grandson Jacob Frederick; and her daughters-in-law, Carol Frederick and Kim Frederick.
She is survived by: her children, Rickey Frederick (Eva), Kim Mahoney (Larry), Bobby Frederick (Michele Rouselle), Johnny Frederick (Patricia) and Michael Frederick (Brenna); and her sister Carol Bates. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Boone County Humane Society in Barbara's memory.
