She was predeceased by: her husband Raleigh Couch; her children, Raleigh "Bim" Couch and Sharon Couch; and her granddaughter Halie Guelfi. She is survived by: her children, Jim Couch (Lisa), Larry Couch (Cindy) and Dawn Lilley (Tom). She is also survived by eight grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boone County Animal Shelter, an organization close to Bertha's heart.
