He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Noe; his son John Noe (Dauna); and his granddaughter Cailin Noe.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Linnemann Funeral Homes (1940 Burlington Pike, Burlington, KY 41005). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
