She was predeceased by : her parents, Reuben Duvall and Pearl Wilson Duvall; and her brother Donald Glenn Duvall. She is survived by : her daughters, Michelle Westerkamp (Bill), Cathie Lightner and Heather Engler (Greg); her brother James Duvall (Linda); her grandchildren, Christopher, Liam, Olivia, Ashley and Taylor; and her great grandchildren, Colin and Rhett.

Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice, 483 South Loop Drive, Edgewood, KY 41017.
