She is survived by: her husband David Brock Maxwell; her daughters, Janie Cozad (Jeff) of Dallas and Julie Kalan (Scott) of Conshohocken, Pennsylvania; and her grandchildren, Carly Cozad (Russell Kerns), Brock Cozad (Annie) and Max Kalan.
