He was predeceased by: his parents, George McClanahan and Juanita Turner. He is survived by: his daughters, Shawn Moll (Casey) and Tiffany Schadler (Christopher); the mother of his children Colleen McClanahan; his brother Larry McClanahan; and his grandchildren, Allison, Maci, Ava, Austin Pettit and Rhett Schadler.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the First Church of Christ (6080 Camp Ernst Rd, Burlington, KY 41005).
George also partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, granting the wish of a child who wanted to ride in a tractor trailer.
