He was predeceased by: his parents, Hargis Burns and Victoria Burns (Sutton); and his brothers, Pete Burns and Larry Burns. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Burns (Grubbs); his children, Kimberly Jackson (Glenn) and Kevin Burns (Tracey); his siblings, Sandy Reeves, Melody Littrell (Phil) and Jack Burns; and his sister-in-law Betty Burns. He is also survived by four grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
