Higgins; his children, Bethany Combs (David) and Brett Higgins (Amanda); his stepdaughters, Hannah C. C. Domino (Tom), Leah Combs (Travis) and Emma Wells (Michael); his grandchildren, Parker Senter, Paisley Combs, Lily Higgins and Lincoln Higgins; and his brothers, Brian Higgins (Tammy) and Wes Higgins. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
