He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Young; his daughters, Tami Utz and Gina Owens (John); his grandchildren, Kyle Andrew Walton (Sarah), Ethan Ray Walton, Olivia Marie Miller (Andrew) and Jacob Monroe Owens (Crystal Cress); his great grandchildren, Abigail Grace Walton and Piper Jane Miller; and his siblings, Shirley Coyle, Robert Young (Nancy) and Deborah Rhodus (Steve). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Burlington Baptist Church or the American Cancer Society.
