He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Adams; his stepfather Perry White; his brothers, Bob Adams and James White; and his grandson Ace Hamblin.
He is survived by: his father Leonard Adams; his wife Jackie Adams; his children, Terri Hamblin (Matt Siekman) and Manny Adams (Cassie); his sister Marie Hall; his grandchildren, Katelyn Proctor, Lexi Hamblin, Brody Adams and Delaney Adams; his great grandchildren, Braylen and Jayda; and his sisters-in-law, Tudy Bell and Nancy Adams. He is also survived by the love of his life and his constant companion.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the Epilepsy Foundation in Leonard's memory.
