He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Mullins and Doris Mullins; his wife Mary Mullins; his significant other Ethel Damron; and his sister Shirley Ann Mullins.

He is survived by: his stepmother Diana Mullins; his daughters, Tammy Partin (Richard) and Elizabeth Huddleston Mullins; his brothers, Darriel Mullins (Lela) and Rob Mullins (Donna); and his grandchildren, Desirea Mullins (Mar'Quelle), Mary Mullins, Michael Partin and Matthew Partin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
