She was predeceased by: her husband Bernard A. "Barney" Hogan; her parents, Elvin E. Helms and Emma Nixon Helms Sr.; and her siblings, Elvin E. "Rip" Helms Jr., Marilyn Peters and Nell Jo Tanner.
She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline K. Herrington (David); her grandchildren, Jordan Turner (Ryan), Christian Dallas and Evan Dallas; and her great grandchildren, Adeline Turner, Isaiah Turner, Charlotte Turner and Ray Dallas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
