She was predeceased by: her parents, Minor Spelman Daugherty and Cora Bell Daugherty; her daughter Connie Lynn Jennings; her husband Charles Pate; and her siblings, John Daugherty and June Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Jennings (Barbara) and Troy Jennings; her grandchildren, Kristen Klenke (Matthew) and Tyler Jennings; and her sister Marie Morrison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
