He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Brooks Kelsay, Sr. of Dayton and Betty Lou Burgan Kelsay of Corbin; his sisters, Denise Kelsay Loomis Black of Corbin and Yvonne Kelsay Hammons of Corbin; and his niece Rachel Hammons of Jellico.
He is survived by: his wife Anchulee Kelsay of Burlington; his children, Jared Kelsay of Bentonville and Jessica Joplin of Bristol; his granddaughter Hadara Kelsay of Kingsport, Tennessee.; and his brothers, Mark Kelsay of Florida and Alvin Kelsay of Florida.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 2681 Turkeyfoot Rd, Lakeside Park, KY 41017. A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery North (205 Eibeck Ln, Williamstown, KY 41097).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Huntington's Disease Society of America or Northern Kentucky Baptist Church missions, causes close to Dad's heart.
