She was predeceased by : her parents, Feddie Crabtree and Roxie Upchurch Crabtree; her husband Rev. William Lee Phillips Sr.; and her siblings, Jewell Davis, Alta Storie, Janice Pullins, Ray Crabtree, Ronnie Crabtree and Dorothy Wheeler.
She is survived by : her children, William Lee Phillips Jr. (Patricia Lee), Teresa Kay Lee (Timothy), Rev. James Richard Phillips (Patricia Ann) and Rev. Roger Alan Phillips (Mischelle); her grandchildren, William Lee Phillips III, Melissa Zimmer (Bruce), Christina Brown, Christopher Hinds (Krystal), Kurtis Phillips (Jessica), Cynthia Buttery (Charles) and Jeremiah Phillips (Haley); and her siblings, Anna Crouch, Teresa Smith, Brenda Etters, Vickie Lanier, Debbie Tinch and Darrell Crabtree. She is also survived by 15 Great Grandchildren.
