He is survived by: his mother Helen Mullens (Skeens); his parents-in-law, Donna Whitcomb and Mike Murphy (Lori); his brother-in-law Chad Murphy; his niece Emma Murphy; and his nephew Michael J. Murphy. He is also survived by extended family and great friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Burlington Baptist Church (3031 Washington St, Burlington, KY 41005). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to Burlington Baptist Church or National Kidney Foundation.
