She is survived by: her children, Billy Bell of Burnside, Eddie Bell of Science Hill, James Bell, Jr. (Lisa) of Burnside and Brenda Wheat (John) of Jefferson City, TN; her sister Margaret Redinbo (Carl) of Lafayette, Indiana; and her grandchildren, Bobbie Jo, Darrell "Cooter", Billy Jo, Zack, Bridgette, Michael, James Andrew, Christopher, Debra, Jamie Nicole and Jacob Robert.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
