He is survived by: his fiancée Nancy Kindrick; his daughters, Ashley Bakston (Nate) of Burnside, Shawna Kindrick (Brian) of Burnside and Candy Heatley (Sam) of Ashland, OH; and his siblings, Danny Lewis (Kim) of Somerset, David Lewis of Somerset, Mike Lewis of Somerset, Mary Ann Wesley (James) of Bethelridge, Debbie Sue Linville (David) of Somerset and Kathy Johns (Charlie) of Lexington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
