Fields (Natasha) of Burnside; her brother Roger Hanner; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Minton (Jonathon), Dyleen Hensley (Samantha), Kloe Black (Ezekiel Mobley), Cynthia Addyson Fields, Alexis Fields, Haley Thompson (Derek) and Lynsidney Fields; her great grandchildren, Jameson and Harper; her granddaughters, Emily Mitchell and Abigail Carter; and her caregiver Tracie Merrick.
