He is survived by: his daughter Bobbie Jean Smith Coggins (Scott); his grandchildren, Keaton Smith (Chloe), Kolton Goff and Jaydon Coggins (Kelcie); his stepgreat-grandson Walker Chase Coggins; his siblings, David Wayne Smith (Stephanie), Kenneth Edward Smith, Kevin Edward Smith, Bambi Lynn Rutherford (Johnnie), Mary Kathleen (Kathy) and Belcher (Nipsy); and his nieces, Celena, Candice and Tricia.
