She is survived by: her significant other Jay Hess; her daughters, Ashley Perkins of Somerset, Hollie Burton of Somerset and Denise Sutton (Jason) of Whitley City; her siblings, Tim Beasley (Lois) of Somerset, Tom Beasley of Somerset, Jerry Beasley (Judy) of Somerset, Danny Beasley of Somerset and Connie Dabney (Chuck) of Burnside; and her grandchildren, Bailee, Allie, Hailey, Riley, Jake, Hunter, Neveah, Maddie Grace and Daegon.
