She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Kelly and Ida Bush Kelly; her children, William Allen Pennington and Diana Creech; her sisters, Minnie Dixon, Marie Callahan and Sue Coker; her sister-in-law Patty Kelly; and her granddaughter Stacey Pennington.
She is survived by: her husband George Scott; her children, Dennis Pennington (Diane) of Georgetown, Ronald Pennington (Debbie) of Berea, Tody Pennington (Becky) of Burnside and Debbie Richardson (John) of Burnside; and her siblings, Bill of Cumberland, Bob Kelly (Karen) of Cumberland, Wayne Kelly (Tammy) of Cumberland and Geneva Blake of Pineville. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
