He was predeceased by: his stepfather Bill Kelley; and his mother-in-law Gloria Mounce Woodall. He is survived by: his mother Peggy Donato Kelley; his wife Angela "Angel" Woodall Webb; his father Bobb Webb; his daughters, Cierra Bowling (Brandon) of Nancy and McKayla Gibson of Burnside; his father-in-law Phillip Woodall of Somerset; his brothers, Robert Webb (David Loomis) of Zephyrhills, FL and Ronald Webb (Carol); his sisters-in-law, Lora Wolsey (Vince) of Somerset and Jennifer Miller (Scottie) of Mt. Vernon; and his grandchildren, Erin, Jakob, Brandon, Trenton, Tucker and Freya.
