He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold "Taft" Calhoun and Renda Redmond Calhoun; his wife Donna Calhoun; his son Joseph "Josie" Calhoun; his daughter-in-law Ashley Weatherford Calhoun; and his siblings, Myrtle Dunsmore, Lucy "Ovaline" Flynn and James Calhoun.
He is survived by: his sons, Robert Lee Calhoun, Jr. and Micky R Calhoun; his grandchildren, Krista Calhoun, Alexis McDonald, Lily Calhoun, Justin Beach, Joseph Miller and Connor Burton; his great grandchild Mateo Palmer; his brother Albert "Buck" Calhoun; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Molden and Wanda Buxton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Robert Calhoun, Sr. Memorial Fund to help with funeral expenses.
