He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Willis and Racie Pierce Willis; and his son-in-law Eric Howell. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Hammond Willis; his children, Kristina Soller (Brian), Anne Howell and Robert "Bobby" Willis Jr. (Jessica); his grandchildren, Justin Soller, Kaleena Soller, Riley Howell, Luke Howell and Courtney Ashton; his stepgrandchildren, Allison Stevenson and Olivia Stevenson; and his great grandchildren, Jade Soller and Brydon Soller.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home (2110 KY-914, Somerset, KY 42503). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
